Back before the summer, I was invited to talk at UNPARSED, where I presented the findings of some data analysis on over 3,500 Conversation Design job adverts that have been on Bot Jobs since December 2020.
Last week, I finally had the pleasure of joining Kane Simms on the VUX World podcast - as I said: Long time listener, first-time caller.
We discussed a variety of topics, including my background in conversational AI, the challenges and opportunities of AI in recruitment, and the future of AI.
