In a week that has seen a multitude of news about regulating AI, AI Safety and AI the future of work, one thing we do know is that there’s a big future for careers and talent in AI.
So, if you are entering into, or a ‘veteran’ (is that something like 2+ years nowadays?) in the industry, then you’ve made the right decision. As Conversational AI professionals, we’re the key to unlocking the new way of interacting with machines.
As Satya Nadella said back in March ‘23:
“Up to now, we have envisioned a future of computing as an extension of human intellect and human action. Today is the start of the next step in this journey, with powerful foundation models and capable copilots accessible via the most universal interface: natural language. This will radically transform how computers help us think, plan, and act.
Just as we can’t imagine computing today without a keyboard, mouse, or multitouch, going forward, we won’t be able to imagine computing without copilots and natural language prompts that intuitively help us with continuation, summarization, chain of thought reasoning, reviewing, modifying, and acting.”
So, we are the people who will make that possible. We will enable the future of computing via natural language interfaces. The most universal interface.
I truly believe that the future is bright for Conversational AI. And will continue to do so.
