Here’s hoping you had a wonderful seasonal period. Did you take a break? Spend some time with family? Go on vacation? Whatever you did, I hope you have started 2024 feeling refreshed, encouraged, motivated and ready to go.
In this week’s edition, I have signposted to the latest blog, which is about setting career New Year resolutions. I hope it gives you some ideas on how you can level-up your career in 2024.
As we closed up 2023, I was delighted to find out that I had been awarded a place on 2023’s 100 Most Influential Talent Acquisition Thought Leaders, as part of the 25 entrants of the Winter Class.

There are now some fantastic opportunities coming up daily, so make sure you take a look and register for updates. Most of my peers across the recruitment and Talent Acquisition Industry agree that 2024 is going to be a busy year so expect to see more and more roles available - especially in our specialism, as companies start adding CAI/GenAI into their budget cycles. The breadth of businesses, from Global 100 down to startups, that are hiring currently for Conversational AI roles is fantastic as it shows that every company is now taking this seriously.
