This week I attended the inaugural DJAx (Digital Job Advertising Excellence) Awards, where Bot Jobs was a finalist in the category - Outstanding Impact in a Niche Market.
Unfortunately, Bot Jobs narrowly missed out on the award, but it allowed me to network and learn more about how I can make Bot Jobs better, mainly for those who rely on it to find a new job, but also for employers.
Lots more to come on this side, but it did get me thinking more about awards and their relevance to jobs and career progression - especially as we look towards the Prompties at UNPARSED.
I’ve written something on this a little bit later on in the newsletter.

We briefly went over 100 jobs live on the board this week, and there are now too many jobs being added to list them individually in this newsletter, as Substack is telling me that it’s too long to send by emails.
