My goal is to use this newsletter to keep you informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in the Conversational AI field, as well as provide valuable resources and opportunities to help you advance your career in conversational AI. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, I hope you'll find this newsletter informative and useful.

Obviously, it wouldn’t be a Conversational AI newsletter in January 2023 without referring to chatGPT. Last week I ran a poll on LinkedIn asking whether my followers (about 11,500 of them) think that chatGPT was a chatbot. I think the results speak for themselves - still a long way to go in educating the masses about what is/isn’t a chatbot.
