My goal is to use this newsletter to keep you informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in the Conversational AI field, as well as provide valuable resources and opportunities to help you advance your career in conversational AI. Obviously, it wouldn’t be a Conversational AI newsletter in January 2023 without referring to chatGPT. Last week I ran a poll on LinkedIn asking whether my followers (about 11,500 of them) think that chatGPT was a chatbot. I think the results speak for themselves - still a long way to go in educating the masses about what is/isn’t a chatbot.
