Hello conversation owners!
As we head towards the end of the year (although in non-linear AI-news terms, there’s still about 6-months to go…) it’s the perfect time to think back over the past 12 months and reflect on what you did, did not. What you set out to achieve and what you aim to achieve next year.
I was exceptionally pleased to see an AI-Skills framework launched by the UK Government, which recognises that there is a lack of AI-skills in the workplace and this needs to be fixed ASAP.
Also, for those of you who have a keen interest in Conversational AI in HR and Recruitment, specifically, I have launched a new newsletter called H.A.I.R. - AI in HR (get it?). It’s also deliciously ironic, seeing as hair isn’t something I would usually talk about… (IYKYK).

If you’re in the market for a new role, or even a conversation, then make sure your profile is up to date and that you turn on the “Display my profile to employers” option on your profile.
